Fenton from Rosso Glass Special 10% off & Free Shipping

During the May, we'll be offering our newsletter members 10% off retail and free shipping on Fenton Art Glass from Rosso. I've almost got the final details put together, but it looks like we'll have over 60 items available during the promotion. We should around 45 Fenton Art Glass pieces including Bridesmaid Dolls, Alley Cat, and tons of figurines. It's still unclear if the newest sand carved pieces from Rosso will be in stock and part of the promotion.

Fenton Misty Blue Opalescent Rib Optic Guest Set Just Added

We've just added another great Fenton Art Glass piece. In 1998 Fenton produced this Diamond Jubilee Misty Blue Opalescent Rib Optic Guest Set (5th in the series of 7 pieces). This Guest Set stands 7" tall and has wide rib optic pattern with a ribbed plum handle. It's hand painted with a purple and white floral pattern. The bottom is inscribed with Bill Fenton signature and the Diamond Jubilee backstamp. Check out our website to view this newest Fenton Art Glass item!

Fenton Plum Overlay Iridized Pinch Vase just added

We just added a great vase to our online store! In 1997, Fenton produced an 8 1/2" pinch vase in Plum Overlay Iridized Diamond Optic glass for QVC. This pitcher is hand painted with white and violet spotted flowers with red stems. The piece features an iridescent finish and has a Plum overlay over iridized milk glass with a diamond optic pattern. On the bottom is inscribed 11 Fenton Family Member signatures. This piece is in mint condition with no damage, chips or flaws and comes in the original box.

Something Special For Newsletter Members

I've been working on something really special for our newsletter members. I'm still working out the details, but our members should get the first look at a new Fenton offering. I don't want to "let the cat out of the bag" just yet. If your not already on our member list, you can sign up at our website. In addition to this "sneak peak", we've just finish negotiating a special discount for 36 not in line Fenton Art Glass pieces for our members. This special discount will start middle of May if all the items are in stock.

Newest Fenton Art Glass - Early Summer Offering

Fentons' 2009 Early Summer Collection has arrived!!! We use got the newest Fenton Art Glass items uploaded to our website. Last weeks shipment included several bells & fairy lights plus a few of the Connoisseur Collection pieces. One of my favorite items is the Kelsey Murphy & Robert Bomkamp Just Ripe Ginger Jar ( 2950 QM ). We only ordered one of these ginger jars which was a limited editon of 350 pieces. When I opened the box and unwrapped this piece, I jumped on the phone and begged Fenton for a few more. Unfortunately, they all sold all and no more are available. If I had it to do again, I'd order three (two to sale and one to keep).

We did have some back orders on bells, fairy lights and Blue Burmese Connoisseur vase. I've emailed Fenton for an updated ship date for this items, but they haven't responsed yet.

Website Updated !!

Our website has been updated to improvement our customer shopping experience and provide more Fenton Collector content. With this update, you'll see big changes in the online store:

• Faster Loading - The images have been compressed to laod quickly.
• Image Enhancements - You can now click on the image for a larger picture and advance to additional images without leaving the photo enlargement.
• Better Categories - We've added the categories of Just Arrived, Easter, Dave Fetty, & Kelsey Murphy you can quickly "jump" to the things you want.
• More Products with Lay-Away - We've increased the number of items eligible for our Lay-Away / Payment Plan program.
• Addition of Subtitles - We're still working on the subtitles. In general, we can provide you with more information on the category overview page.

Our "website guy" is always coming up with new ideas. He's made the following changes in the past week:
