Fenton Glass Madien Dreams Vase Arrived!

The "Maiden Dreams" Cameo Vase (SB069CJ) arrived today! This stunning vase in a Ruby Red glass cased in Milk Glass. The carving process strips away layers of the Milk Glass to create te detail and shading. We're very lucy to get this vase. With only 35 pieces in the Limited Edition, this vase is number 6. 3 More Fenton Glass Cameo Gallery pcs Arrived!

The FedX truck just delivered 3 more of the Cameo Gallery Collection pieces! The Wild Thunder Bowl, Delicious on Persimmon Vase, and Feline Frolic Vase. As always with the Kelsey Murphy pieces, the photos really don't capture the pieces like when you see them in person.

The Wild Thunder bowl has much more blue around the rim and is really a contrast of delicate and heavy glass. The rim is thin with bold colors and the lower part of the bowl is thick with heavy carving.

The Delicious on Persimmon vase looks washed out in the photos compared to the actual vase. If you've seen the Just Ripe ginger jar, the colors are the same. The bright yellow makes the perfect background for the deep red and really pops.

The Feline Frolic vase is covered with carving! The details are great, but the real surprise is how deep the carving is. In some places, the carving is about the depth of a pencil eraser.

Fenton Winter Trees on Cobalt Blue Satin Lamp Arrived!

Another Fenton lamp from the Fall Lamp Special has arrived. With it's arrival, we now have all three Cobalt Blue Fenton Lamps from this years collection. This Fenton lamp shade is different from many produced because of the bell shape. The satin finish of the glass makes a perfect background for the whites of the winter trees scene. This scene wraps around the entire surface of the shade including another winter tree and the back.

Fenton Fire In The Sky Cameo Vase Arrived Today

The FedX truck had a great suprise for us today. The Fenton Art Glass Fire In The Sky Cameo vase arrived today. The photo don't really show the great color of the fire from the dragons mouth. The really detail in the sand carving is on the bottom of the vase. The dragons skin and wings along with the castle structure has a ton of detail work. With a limited edition of only 95 pieces, we're only getting one of this vase. Click the image for more details.

Another Fenton Art Glass Lamp Arrived Today!

Another one of the lamps from the Fenton Art Glass Fall Lamp Collection arrived today! This newest lamp is a gone with the wind style in Opal Satin glass. It has the classic look of a GWTW lamp with great hand painted double globes. The pinks and purples of the shade really "pop" against the Opal Satin glass background. Fenton Art Glass Cameo Gallery Vases Arrived Today!

If you missed our preview and preorder of the Gallery Collection, you may not be familiar with this Fenton glass Collection. The Gallery Collection features 12 cameo carved items design by Kelsey Murphy. Mist of the items were limited editions with no more than 90 pieces being created. These sand carved cameo items looked just stunning in the photos and we've been waiting to see the actual pieces. The wait is over because we received four of the Gallery Collection vases today!

"Climbing" Aubergine Vase SB068CJ

This vase is one of my favorites! The vase starts as a Aubergine glass which is cased with Milk Glass. The carving process removes layers of the Milk Glass creating depth in the beautiful design. The amount of detail in this vase is incredible. The climbing vines and flowers pattern covers the entire vase. Click the photo to the left to get more information and see additional photos.

Stars of the Garden on Ruby Vase SB066CJ

We're very luck to have #1 of a Limited Edition of 90 pieces. If your a lover of gardens and garden scenes, this is the vase for you. This 10 1/2" tall vase has a Ruby Glass layer which transforms into a multi layers of color carved vase. The base starts with a rich Ruby Glass. As you move up the vase the colors transform to a soft yellow color and topping off at a pale yellow satin. If you look closely at the flowers on the vase, your notice great detail in the pedals. Rosalene Iridized Fan Vase SB072CJ

We're very luck to have #1 of a Limited Edition of 65 pieces. The photos for this vase don't really show the detail of the vase. During the sand carving process the Iridized Rosalene layer is removed leaving a satin Rosalene background. This causes the design of graceful tulips and butterflies to be in Iridized Rosalene on a Rosalene satin background. Click the photo to the left to get more information and see additional photos.

Wings of Glory Ruby Vase C85720U

The first thing that strikes you when you look at this vase is the dramatic contrast of the Ruby and Milk Glass. The complexity of this vase is clear to anyone who studies it. With only two colors of glass it requires a very experienced sand carving artist to create multiple layers of depth. We've had several sand carved pieces in our collection, but none have ever had the depth of sand carving this piece does. The banner and stars along the bottom of the vase stand out a quarter of an inch from the vase. Click the photo to the left to get more information and see additional photos.

2010 Rosalene Glass Item Very Popular

The 2010 Fenotn art Glass Collection has been online for a week and the new Rosalene Hand Painted and Non-Decorated item are the most popular. The floral design by Michelle Kibbe has a great hand painted flowers and vine design. Equaly as popular are the non decorated Rosalene glass item. I feel this is in part because it's been a while since the last Rosalene series Baskets, Vase, and Pitcher moulds are well matched. We've uploaded all our Fenton Art Glass Christmas Trees to our website. They're the perfect accent to you Holiday Decorations. These glass trees come in four different colors of Ruby Red, Cobalt Blue, Emerald Green, and Indigo Blue. Light Up Your Fenton - Battery Operated Tea Lights

We've discovered a great new way to light up your Fenton items. You can use a battery operated tea light for a warm glow. They come in two versions, flickering and non-flickering. It's perfect for Fairy Lights because you never have to worry about wax dripping or smoke damage. We've also used the flickering version under a Fenton Ghost and Witch for a cool effect.

You may also want to try using the non-flickering under a Fenton Christmas Tree. It gives it a really cool glow to the tree. It works with plain, glittered, or iced tress.

4557 9S Persimmon Passion on Ruby Vase

For the first time since 2007, Fenton has issued a Family Signature piece. This new vase comes in a beautiful Ruby Glass and is inscribed with the signatures of 9 Fenton Family Members. The design is by Stacey Williams and features a floral pattern that appears to be gently blowing in the breeze. It stand 11" tall and is a limited edition of 750 pieces.

8525 W2 Beach Haven on Blue Burmese Vase

Based on pre-orders and Customer comments, this vase is going to be a real hit among Fenton Collectors. We feel the two main reasons everyone is loving this vase is the detailed hand painting that encircles the entire vase and the combination of the Blue Burmese with this unique mould. Michelle Kibbe's Beach Haven design is also a limited edition of 750 pieces. This vase has a heavy appearance and stands 8 1/4" tall.

This Burmese Glass vase also has some great detail work that encircles the entire vase. As an added touch, the base has been highlighted with two gold accent rings.
